Courses for Real Estate Professionals:

Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing
Take this class if you want to become a real estate agent.
This class can be held at your location or at Host Group's main office in Boston's Back Bay.

Your location:
$3,400 setup, plus $50 per student. Price includes 40 hours of live instruction, textbook, sample exams, and other course supplements for an unlimited number of students, plus location setup fee. (Your location must be legally zoned for commercial use and must be within 20 miles of Boston.)

Our classroom:
$350 per student. Price includes 40 hours of private instruction, textbook, sample exams, and other course supplements for 10-14 students.  
Classes can be scheduled Monday-Friday 8AM-8PM.

Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing
Take this class if you're already a licensed real estate agent and want to now become a real estate broker.
This class can be held at your location or at Host Group's main office in Boston's Back Bay.

Your location:

Real Estate Continuing Education
All licensed real estate agents and brokers need to complete 12 hours of continuing education every two years.
This class can be held at your location or at Host Group's main office in Boston's Back Bay.

Your location:
$1,500 for unlimited students (6 hours)
$2,500 for unlimited students (12 hours)
Price includes real estate salesperson or broker continuing education for an unlimited number of students, plus location setup fee. (Your location must be legally zoned for commercial use and must be within 20 miles of Boston.)

Our classroom:
$1,100 for up to 14 students. Price includes twelve hours of real estate salesperson or broker continuing education for up to 14 students.
Classes can be scheduled Monday-Friday 8AM-8PM.

Courses for Mortgage Professionals:

Mortgage Loan Originator Pre-Licensing
Take this class if you want to become a licensed Massachusetts loan officer. Our live course includes the 3 hour MA component.
This class can be held at your location or at Host Group's main office in Boston's Back Bay.

Your location:
$2,200 setup, plus $100 per student. Includes 20 hours of live instruction for an unlimited number of students, textbook, sample exams, and other course supplements, plus federal fees. (Your location must be legally zoned for commercial use and must be within 20 miles of Boston.)

Our classroom:
$350 per student. Includes 20 hours of private instruction for 10-14 students, textbook, sample exams, and other course supplements, plus federal fees.
Classes can be scheduled Monday-Friday 8AM-8PM.
 
Mortgage Continuing Education
All state-licensed mortgage professionals need to complete 8 hours of continuing education every year. This course includes the 1 hour MA component and can be held at your location or at Host Group's main office in Boston's Back Bay.

Your location:
$1500 setup, plus $50 per student. Includes 8 hours of live instruction for an unlimited number of students, plus course supplements and federal fees. (Your location must be legally zoned for commercial use and must be within 20 miles of Boston.)

Our classroom:
$900, plus $50 per student, for up to 14 students. Includes 8 hours of private instruction for up to 14 students, plus course supplements and federal fees.
Classes can be scheduled Monday-Friday 8AM-8PM.
